Job Description


This is a remote position.


We are seeking a versatile and technically minded

Digital App Creator

for a high-impact,
3-month fixed-term contract

. Working in direct partnership with the Founder, you will be responsible for the rapid development and deployment of digital products across a diverse portfolio of businesses.


This role is designed for a "builder" who understands the logic of software development but prefers the speed of no-code and low-code environments. You will translate conceptual ideas into functional applications, architecting robust database structures and refining user experiences to bring high-quality products to market at pace.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Rapid Product Development:

    Build and deploy functional applications utilising no-code and low-code platforms to meet commercial objectives.

  • Technical Synthesis:

    Translate complex business requirements into precise product specifications, user stories, and actionable development roadmaps.

  • Database Architecture:

    Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated relational database schemas, ensuring data integrity and scalability.

  • User Experience & Design:

    Conceptualise and refine UI/UX flows and wireframes, ensuring digital products are intuitive and user-centric.

  • System Integration:

    Coordinate and implement AI tools and automation platforms to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency.

  • Technical Documentation:

    Maintain rigorous documentation of processes, data models, and strategic product decisions to ensure long term maintainability.


Requirements


  • Foundational Technical Knowledge:

    A strong understanding of software development principles and the software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Database Proficiency:

    A solid grasp of relational database design, including normalisation, entity relationships, and the management of one-to-many and many-to-many associations.

  • Design Sensibility:

    A keen eye for UI/UX design and a commitment to creating seamless digital interfaces.

  • Operational Agility:

    The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where priorities may shift rapidly.

  • Self-Management:

    Highly organised and self-directed, with the discipline to manage multiple workstreams independently.

  • Prior exposure to or professional experience with established no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Bubble, FlutterFlow, Airtable, or similar).
