Job Description

Reporting to our Senior Martech Director, you will lead the Analytics team within the Martech department. We take pride in our work with some of the largest advertisers in the Asia-Pacific region, setting us apart in the industry.

You will set the measurement strategy for our enterprise clients and lead the team of practitioners who deliver it. You will mentor and develop them, hold accountability for our standards of work, and act as the senior escalation point for critical delivery and client issues.

This is a leadership role founded on technical credibility. You will have built your career in measurement implementation and analysis, and that experience will inform the standards you set and the decisions you make. You will remain close enough to the detail to direct the work with authority, though the role is focused on strategy, client leadership and team development rather than day to day delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic measurement roadmaps for enterprise clients that connect implementation decisions to their commercial objectives.
• Own the methodology across modern measurement (MMM, incrementality, geo-testing, causal analysis), signal loss/privacy (1P data, consent mode), and server-side architecture.
• Be the principal advisor to senior client marketing leaders, simplifying complex measurement concepts into clear business strategy.
• Be the final escalation point for critical technical decisions across the client portfolio.
• Define our approach to AI in measurement, including agentic solutions, brand visibility in AI search, signal quality, and automated buying impact.
• Establish risk frameworks for AI usage and data security, and partner with client legal and privacy teams to deliver compliant data solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying MarTech expansion opportunities (CAPI, VBB, O2O, privacy consulting), managing renewals (e.g., GA360), and overseeing project profitability and billability.
• Support pitches, scope engagements, build technical partnerships, and represent the agency externally through vertical case studies and published thought leadership.
• Lead and direct a multi-disciplinary analytics team, balancing project allocation with workload health and quality control.
• Identify skill gaps, design high-impact training, and create clear career progression paths for team members.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience across the Google stack (GA4/GA360, server-side GTM, Google Cloud) paired with the judgment to recommend non-Google platforms when appropriate.
• Over 3 years of experience in leadership, managing analysts and mentoring senior talent.
• Sufficient knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and visualization tools (e.g., Looker) to audit solution design, review code, and maintain delivery standards.
• A track record in designing comprehensive cross-channel measurement strategies, including incrementality and MMM, and presenting findings to C-suite stakeholders across multiple markets or within global enterprise accounts.
• Clear point of view on AI’s impact on measurement, assistant-driven discovery, and practical application of agentic workflows.
• Commercial fluency at portfolio level, including how revenue, profitability, resourcing and billability decisions are made and what drives them.
• Proven ability in pitching, project scoping, building technical partnerships, and growing long-term executive client relationships.
