The Digital Customer Solutions Team Matters
We are a diverse team of 20 dynamic people full of ideas, energy and creativity and are absolutely passionate about our work.
This “work” is focused primarily around 5 key areas: Digital Strategy, Customer Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management, Digital Commerce and Digital Performance.
We offer unique expertise combining digital strategy consulting with omnichannel user experience. We develop the perception, experience and interaction between customers and brands and we are looking at taking on a new team member who will help reinforce this offering!
Your role matters
Are you a Digital marketer highly focused on data and want to impact user experience? Join our Digital Customer Solutions team as a Digital Analytics and CRO Consultant to analyze and optimise websites and apps from the biggest players on the BE market!
The team is focused on MarTech advisory, implementation and support with specialisation in Marketing Automation, Digital Performance and Digital Commerce. All this built on the foundations of a Data company.
As Digital Analytics and CRO Consultant, we expect you to be familiar with Web / App tagging, UX principles, Advertising and SEO. You can liaise with different type of stakeholders to ensure user journeys are measurement as as expect so that you can analyze and combine data from different sources to generate insights. Your insights contribute to understand customer journeys and lead to new hypothesis to improve it. You can define, run and analyze experimentations that you will translate into recommendations and support our client into their implementation.
You Matter!
We are looking for people with proven experience with many, although it doesn't have to be all, the below:
· Data Layer documentation and debugging using the Chrome console as well as Tag Management using Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch or Tealium
· Advanced data analysis with Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics (or Customer Journey Analytics), Contentsquare and/or similar solutions
· SQL to query the raw data coming from those solutions, structure it into tables and combine it with other sources of transactional or profile data in BigQuery, Azure or Databricks
· Data visualization to empower end-users in their decision making with automated dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI or similar solutions
· Hypothesis formulation and experimentation roadmap management
· Design and analysis of expirementation (AB or Multivariate testing) using Optimizely, Adobe Target, AB Tasty or VWO. Practical experience with their integrations with Analytics solutions for analysis is required.
· Cross-team collaboration (UX, Design, Product, Development...) and education to sustain CRO program
Next to relevant experience, we are looking for someone who can:
· Communicate effectively with various audience types: developer, designer, product owner or higher management
· You speak English and Dutch fluently, and ideally French as well
· Adapt to changing situations with good prioritization skills
· Demonstrate a proactive attitude to challenge status quo with high attention to details
· Be persuasive by clearly and confidently exposing experimentation outcome
