Description
Spatial Front, Inc. (SFI), a two-time USAToday Top Workplaces awardee and Washington Top Workplaces honoree, is seeking a Digital Adoption/PeopleSoft SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Digital Adoption SME (PeopleSoft SME) to lead digital adoption initiatives and drive end-user proficiency in PeopleSoft and related enterprise systems. You will combine deep PeopleSoft expertise with digital adoption platform (DAP) knowledge and change management skills. As a valued member of the SFI team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities to our Federal Government customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of digital adoption strategies for PeopleSoft and related enterprise applications.
- Configure and manage digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix) to deliver in-application guidance and training.
- Collaborate with change management and training teams to develop integrated user adoption programs.
- Assess user adoption metrics and develop targeted interventions to improve proficiency and reduce support burden.
- Serve as the primary SME for PeopleSoft functionality, configuration, and user experience.
- Develop digital adoption content, including walkthroughs, smart tips, and self-help resources.
- Provide recommendations for PeopleSoft UX improvements to enhance user adoption.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7 years PeopleSoft, 3 years digital adoption.
- Demonstrated expertise in: PeopleSoft expertise, digital adoption strategies, user training, change management, and system optimization.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.
Desired Skills:
- WalkMe Certified Builder or equivalent DAP certification.
- PeopleSoft HCM or Financials functional certification.
- Experience leading digital adoption programs within DoD or federal agency environments.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
Additional Information:
- Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Work Environment: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote as required by the contract.
- This is a full-time, W2 position.
