Whytematter Staffing Solution is working exclusively with an award-winning independent advertising agency to recruit a Digital Performance Executive for their Belfast-based media team.
This role is ideal for a performance-focused digital marketer with agency experience who enjoys optimising campaigns, analysing data and delivering measurable results for clients.
Plan, set up, monitor and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns
Manage day-to-day campaign administration, pacing and budgets
Analyse performance and deliver clear insights and recommendations
Liaise with media suppliers and internal agency teams
Support media planning, forecasting, billing and purchase orders
2+ years’ experience in a digital performance role (agency preferred)
Strong experience across Google Ads, GA4 and paid social platforms
Working knowledge of Programmatic, Display, CTV, Audio and Partnerships
Proven optimisation, reporting and budget management skills
Google Ads and GA4 certified
Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Experience with DSPs, CM360, SEO/GEO, Looker Studio or audience research tools
