Mission
Lead the end-to-end digital ecosystem strategy and execution, ensuring a 360° brand vision across content, community, website, app, influencers, digital media, and marketing automation. This role will serve as the main strategic point of contact for the client, connecting cross-functional internal teams, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring that all efforts are aligned with business goals and deliver a consistent, effective, and customer-centered brand experience.
Job Functions
Define and lead the 360° digital strategy for the account, including social media, web, app, paid media, influencers, and Marketing Cloud
Act as the product owner of the digital ecosystem, prioritizing initiatives, connecting workstreams, and ensuring consistency across all channels
Serve as the main point of contact and direct relationship with the client at a marketing and business leadership level
Lead strategic briefings with the client and across internal teams: social, tech, paid media, and influencers
Identify growth opportunities across the ecosystem, including new app features, influencer activations, emerging social formats, and Marketing Cloud automations
Validate the strategic alignment of all deliverables before client presentations
Oversee the performance of the entire ecosystem, from social metrics to app KPIs, web conversion, and paid media ROI
+5 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or similar roles
Strong understanding of the full digital ecosystem, including social media, web, app, paid media, CRM, and influencer marketing, and how these elements connect
Product owner mindset, with the ability to prioritize initiatives, make fast decisions, and align cross-functional teams toward a common goal
Proven experience managing retail, mass consumption, or e-commerce accounts in LATAM at a leadership level
Ability to analyze and connect data from multiple sources such as Meta Ads Manager, GA4, app analytics, Sprout Social, and Marketing Cloud
Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing senior client stakeholders and fostering long-term partnerships
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including creative, tech, media, and influencer teams
Solid knowledge of the influencer marketing ecosystem, including talent selection, briefing, performance metrics, and strategic activation
Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand P&L and make decisions that impact profitability
Excellent executive communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level stakeholders and briefing internal teams effectively
