A leading award-winning digital agency in Belfast is currently seeking a Digital Account Executive / Manager to join its growing team.

The Role

The Digital Account Executive / Manager will support the delivery and management of digital marketing campaigns while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. The role will involve campaign coordination, client communication, reporting, and ongoing support across digital channels.

This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in PPC and Paid Social with ongoing training from experienced digital specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day communication with clients

• Supporting the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns

• Assisting with PPC and Paid Social campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time

• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement

• Preparing reports, campaign insights, and presentations for clients

• Supporting account strategy and campaign planning

• Managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets

• Conducting competitor and market research

• Assisting with digital content and campaign coordination

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and platform developments

Candidate Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience within a marketing or digital agency environment

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Commercial awareness and client-focused approach

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable

• Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads

• Understanding of SEO, analytics, or broader digital marketing principles

• Experience preparing client reports or presentations

• Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or project management software
