Role: Digital Account Director
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
Hybrid working: Office based 3 days a week (Agency office in Farringdon and Client office in Canary Wharf)
We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Director to work closely with two of our clients, within the banking and professional services sectors.
For our banking client, the Digital Account Director leads the team to create powerful and impactful digital experiences across their website, including the incorporation of AI (tools, search on site, site discoverability etc). The role delivers an exceptional level of creative and strategic thinking as well as client service. They also have an active role in new business opportunities to lead growth and ensure the smooth running of every development project end to end, from scoping through to final release.
For our professional services client, in 2025 we built and delivered a new, ‘best-in-class’ website to showcase their new brand and consolidate multiple sites into one easy to use site hosted on Umbraco. The role involves working collaboratively with the client and the Development team to prioritise, manage, and deliver the backlog of UI and UX modifications and enhancements to the site, as well as sharing recommendations and best-practice suggestions.
The Digital Account Director develops and builds strong relationships with clients at a senior level, becoming a trusted and valued advisor to the client teams. They will be responsible for managing the team shape, ensuring the right experts are in place for the client requirements.
Reporting to the Business Director on each client, the Digital Account Director oversees a team of three developers and other digital delivery experts including project managers, data analysts, designers, and experience planners.
There will also be the opportunity to support the overarching account teams on AI projects from time to time, in particular AI enabled build.
