The Digital Accessibility Project Manager (Title II Lead) is responsible for coordinating Salem State University’s institution-wide digital accessibility and ADA Title II compliance efforts. The position provides strategic leadership for digital accessibility governance, standards, inventory, remediation, and institutional guidance. The Title II Lead serves as the primary digital accessibility subject matter expert within Information Technology Services, leads technical accessibility efforts and liaises with other academic and administrative units responsible for compliance in their respective domains. This position requires an on-campus presence.
