This position is for an Implant Engineer that will support equipment and process capabilities of ion implantation OR rapid thermal processing (RTP) equipment. In this job, you will be a part of a team that focuses on maintaining basic condition and stable processing of state-of-the-art equipment while driving improvements related to quality, efficiency, defect reduction, and cost of ownership. We prioritize safety, learning, and having fun while maintaining world-class operations 24/7.

BS degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study
2+ years of semi-conductor experience highly desired with knowledge of Implant or Anneal processes and equipment preferred.
Experience with 300 mm tools (AMAT VIISta, NISSIN, AMAT Centura, Veeco LSA‑101, Mattson Millios)
Strong analytical & problem‑solving ability.
Mechanical aptitude (highly desired).
Knowledge of Lean & TPM.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Excellent verbal & written communication.
Collaborative mindset; ability to network for solutions.
Willingness to try new things knowing that failure is just a learning opportunity
Desire to do good for the company and in the community
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 high volume manufacturing environment.
