Job Description

自动驾驶生成实习生（Diffusion方向）北京实习职位描述负责自动驾驶领域的数据生成、one model等相关技术开发及研究，支撑包括但不限于diffusion/flow matching、gaussian splatting以及world model等模型算法和数据闭环链路的开发
负责自动驾驶前沿算法调研与实现，如3D Gaussian splatting/NeRF、Diffusion/Flow matching 和 VLM等，能够将相关技术应用于4D Autolabel相关任务。
与自动驾驶数据闭环系统中的其他环节紧密配合，基于自动化的模型算法持续提升标注效率与质量，降低标注成本，加速数据闭环，打造行业一流的自动驾驶领域 4D Autolabel 生产算法、工具及平台。职位要求自动化，电子工程，计算机，数学等相关专业研究生及以上学历。熟悉基于NN 以及 transformer 的离线或在线模型算法。
编程能力优秀，熟悉Linux, 熟练使用 C++/ C 和 Python等编程语言，以及熟练使用Pytorch, TensorFlow 等进行模型搭建等，具备良好的编程习惯。
在计算机视觉（CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICRA）等相关会议发表论文者或在相关领域竞赛取得较好名次的优先。
熟悉 VAE，3D Gaussian splatting，diffusion model 等基础生成模型者优先。
深入了解的flux、sora、cogvideo、text inversion等视频生成方案的优先
对大模型微调、并行训练有经验的优先
对vggt、splat3r等基于nn的三维重建方法有深入了解的优先
对world model、端到端模型、强化学习有深入理解的优先投递
