Oseca Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Dietitian / Diabetes Educator to join our team in Busselton. This role plays a critical part in improving health outcomes for individuals living with diabetes by delivering evidence-based education, care coordination, and self-management support.
Working collaboratively within the Integrated Chronic Disease Care Program, you will provide person-centred diabetes education, support multidisciplinary care planning, and partner with General Practitioners and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective diabetes management. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while contributing to a culture of excellence, quality improvement, and health promotion.

Current Western Australian Driver’s Licence
National Police Clearance
Western Australian Working with Children Check (WWC)

In the South West, Down South Aboriginal Health, Integrated Primary Mental Health Care, Integrated Chronic Disease Care, Diabetes Education, Parenting Support Program and the 3 Tier Youth Mental Health Program are provided.
