We are proud to foster a purpose-driven culture that places happiness, dignity, and well-being at the heart of everything we do. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in supporting our homes through expert nutritional leadership, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and meaningful engagement with residents — centered on cultivating happiness in daily life!

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill a key Dietitian role — someone who will serve as a trusted partner and advocate for resident well-being. In this role, you will plan, direct, and evaluate individualized nutrition care in close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, providing comprehensive assessments, reassessments, and evidence-based interventions.

What You Will be Doing:

  • Develop specialized therapeutic menus, proactively identify and manage nutrition and hydration risks
  • Provide nutritional care including assessments, reassessments and develop appropriate nutrition interventions in consultation with the interdisciplinary team.

Who You Are:

  • Experience with dementia, dysphagia, tube feeding, weight management, wound treatment, diabetes, renal disease, food allergies and intolerances.

What you need to Know:

  • Sienna Senior Living is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and residents feel like they belong. We seek applicants with diverse backgrounds and have a wide range of abilities. Sienna provides an accessible candidate experience.
