This role partners closely with clinical and dining teams to deliver high-quality, personalized nutritional care. What You’ll Do - Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans - Monitor weight trends, lab values, medication-nutrient interactions, and dietary needs - Manage therapeutic diets in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff - Provide nutrition counseling and addressing member dietary concerns - Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations - Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration - Support menu planning and recommend adjustments based on population needs What We’re Looking For - Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with current licensure (Florida or eligible) - Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or senior living preferred - Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and regulatory requirements - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Why Vicar’s Landing - Mission-driven, member-focused community - Collaborative, team-oriented environment - Opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day
