About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our allied health team
on a part-time or contractor basis.

In this role, you will provide nutrition assessment, education, and
tailored dietary support to clients across community and home care settings.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support
individuals with diverse health needs, including aged care participants, NDIS
clients, and community-based consumers.

This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful
impact on client wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualised
  dietary care plans
• Provide nutrition counselling and education to clients, families, and
  carers
  Support clients with chronic disease management, weight management,
  malnutrition, and specialised dietary needs
• Collaborate with allied health professionals, support coordinators,
  and care teams to deliver holistic care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports in line with
  organisational and regulatory standards
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition interventions aligned with best
  practice guidelines
• Participate in case reviews and contribute to improving client health outcomes

About You You are a dedicated health professional who is:
A qualified Dietitian with tertiary qualifications in Dietetics or
Nutrition

• Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) or eligible for accreditation
  with Dietitians Australia
• Experienced in community health, NDIS, aged care, or clinical
  nutrition (preferred)
  Skilled in client assessment, care planning, and nutrition education
• Able to work independently while collaborating within a
  multidisciplinary team
• Organised, compassionate, and committed to delivering person-centred
  care
