Now Hiring: Interim Clinical Dietitian

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Clinical Dietitian to join our team and support excellence in resident care. If you are passionate about clinical nutrition and enjoy collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assess residents' nutritional needs and implement individualized nutrition care plans
• Monitor resident progress and recommend appropriate nutritional interventions
• Manage enteral and parenteral nutrition programs
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, wound care, dialysis, and physician teams
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff
• Conduct patient and resident satisfaction rounds
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities
• Complete timely documentation utilizing the Nutrition Care Process and EMR systems
• Partner with our Corporate Dietitian to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes and resident-centered care

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university
• Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
• Current Ohio Dietitian License
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nutrition experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team
