Primary Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll connect with patients by phone and in person, helping them navigate menu options and plan meals that support their care and recovery.

You’ll work closely with diet orders, supplements, and allergy information, turning detailed reports and data into safe, personalized meal experiences. Every tray matters. You’ll verify that each meal meets clinical requirements, honors patient preferences, and aligns with dietary restrictions.

From ensuring every item on the tray matches the meal ticket to coordinating on-time delivery, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality service that makes a real difference in a patient’s day. Salary Range: 26.37-34.83/hr


Job Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to convey complex information in a clear and friendly manner.
    • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
    • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail and providing high-quality service.
    • Basic understanding of nutrition or interest in health and wellness, preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions.
    • Proficient in math necessary to weight, measure, and complete recipe conversions.
    • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
    • Capable of working independently utilizing skills to prioritize and manage responsibilities effectively.
    • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and positive during customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
    • Ability to lift 10lbs or push 100lb load.
    • Proficiency with general computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
    • Ability to adhere to uniform or dress code standards.
    • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
    • Must maintain good personal hygiene and a clean, professional appearance.
    • Ability to adjust to fluctuating workload demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and other staff members in a respectful and cooperative manner.
    • Bachelors Degree or DTR preferred.
