Now Hiring: Dietary Manager Assistant
Love food? Love people? Lead both!
We’re looking for a Dietary Manager Assistant who’s equal parts kitchen commander, budget boss, and resident favorite. If you can whip up a meal plan, keep a kitchen sparkling, and lead a team with heart, we want YOU!
What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Recipe for Success):
• Oversee meal production for our long-term care residents
• Make sure every plate is safe, tasty, and tailored to therapeutic diets
• Keep food, labor, and supply costs in check
• Coordinate orders like a pro—no one likes running out of coffee or ketchup
• Keep the kitchen spotless and infection-free
• Manage daily and deep-cleaning schedules like a boss
• Hire, train, schedule, and support your foodservice crew
• Be the mentor they didn’t know they needed
• Collaborate with dietitians to meet resident preferences
• Attend care conferences and resident council meetings
• Meet new residents and make them feel right at home
What You Bring to the Table:
• Willingness to take (or already passed) the CDM/CFPP Exam
• At least 2 years of experience in long-term care or hospital food production
• Leadership skills, a love for food, and a heart for healthcare

Salary Range: $17.00 – $19.00 hourly (based on schedule, experience and qualifications)
