Full-Time, On-site position
Location: 5401 W. Ninth Street Greeley, Colorado 80634
Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 7am - 5pm
Join an adolescent residential treatment program in Greeley, Colorado, where you'll prepare nutritious meals that support the health and well-being of youth in care. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for adolescents and staff in a residential treatment setting.
- Follow approved menus, dietary guidelines, and portion requirements.
- Ensure food is prepared, stored, and served according to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory management, food ordering, receiving deliveries, and stock rotation.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions, food allergies, and special meal requests as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready kitchen environment.
- Comply with all local, state, and company health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Required must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with program, supervision, and/or licensing requirements for residential treatment settings.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Required current Food Handler certification. Willingness to complete employer-required food safety training upon hire.
- Required two (2) years of experience in food service, meal preparation, institutional dining, healthcare, residential treatment, school nutrition, hospitality, or commercial kitchen settings.
- Preferred experience working in a scratch kitchen environment
- Candidates with Dietary Aide, Cook, or Food Service experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), rehabilitation center, long-term care community, hospital, or healthcare setting are encouraged to apply.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background checks and any screenings required by Colorado law, funding sources, licensing standards, or organizational policy.
