Dietary Aide

Shift: 4 days/week - 12:30pm - 9:00pm
Flexible days, however prefer Sun/Mon/Tues/Fri Location: The Pearl at Kruse Way; Lake Oswego, OR Wage: $19-$25 DOE

We are looking for a caring and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist in preparing and serving meals to residents, ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

***This position will start off Temporary with potential to go Full-time in the future***

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up, deliver and serve food as directed.
• Serve meals that are palatable, appetizing in appearance and in accordance with established portion control procedures, on a timely basis.
• Assist Cook in preparing meals and checking diet trays before distribution.
• Prepare kitchen, food and supplies for the next meal.
• Return clean utensils to proper storage areas and maintain a clean, dry work environment free of hazardous conditions or equipment.
• Assist in daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, etc.
