Now Hiring: Dietary Aide – Full-Time

McClure Post Acute is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our dietary team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in helping provide nutritious and enjoyable meals to residents, we would love to have you on our team!

Position Details

  • Position: Dietary Aide
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Pay: $19.00 per hour
  • Location: McClure Post Acute

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and distribution to residents.
  • Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals.
  • Prepare and deliver resident trays according to dietary orders.
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist with stocking food, supplies, and kitchen inventory.
  • Follow residents' dietary restrictions and special meal requirements.
  • Provide friendly and respectful service to residents.
  • Work closely with dietary and nursing staff to ensure residents' meal needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and dietary guidelines accurately.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties associated with food service.
  • Compassionate and respectful attitude toward residents.
