The Dietary Aide assists with meal preparation, food service, kitchen sanitation, and resident dining services. This position helps ensure meals are prepared and served according to facility standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Assist with meal preparation and food assembly
Serve meals and beverages according to resident dietary needs and preferences
Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas
Store food properly and follow food safety guidelines
Assist with stocking supplies and inventory as needed
Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, and staff
Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction
