Job Location: Willow Park Healthcare Center - Lawton, OK 73505The Dietary Aide assists in preparing, serving, and delivering meals to residents, ensuring compliance with dietary guidelines, safety standards, and resident preferences. This role supports the dietary team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized food service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation and serving according to approved menus and dietary specifications.
- Deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure proper portion sizes and accommodate special diets, allergies, or texture modifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen, and equipment.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and reporting shortages.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols.
- Provide friendly, respectful interaction with residents during meals and snack service.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in dietary services, food service, or healthcare preferred.
- Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25–50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
