The Diet Assistant processes meal orders for patients in order to promote a positive patient experience with the meal service. The Diet Assistant takes meal orders from patients, families or nursing staff either over the phone or by visiting the patient at the bedside. The Diet Assistant processes menus for Behavioral Health patients.
