Competitive Pay: $25 - $40 per hour, based on experience
Shift Differential: Earn an additional $2.00/hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts

✅ Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification
Valid driver’s license
Obtain a toolbox and the required tools
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
🛠️ What You’ll Do
As a Diesel Technician, Trailer Technician, or Reefer Technician, your role will involve a variety of important tasks, including:
Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs
Brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections
Diagnosing electrical systems & ABS brake system repairs
Tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs
Structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts
Troubleshooting APUs and providing road service calls
Maintaining a clean and organized shop, as well as servicing company vehicles
Safely operating forklifts, hoists, and other tools
Performing additional duties and responsibilities as needed
