Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy-duty trucks, medium-duty trucks, RVs, and fleet vehicles
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, and emissions systems
- Perform transmission repairs, including Allison transmission systems
- Complete DOT inspections and preventative maintenance services
- Perform truck and motorhome alignments using Hunter alignment equipment
- Utilize OEM software, advanced scan tools, and diagnostic platforms
- Reflash modules and perform programming updates when required
- Document repairs accurately and maintain high-quality workmanship standards
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing Cummins and alternative fuel technology training
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional diesel mechanic experience
- Strong diesel diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with electrical, fuel, hydraulic, and emissions systems
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns
- Experience working on heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks
- Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications
- Cummins certifications or equivalent diesel training
- Experience with Peterbilt, International, Mack, Caterpillar, and Detroit platforms
- Experience using OEM diagnostic software and advanced scan tools
- Module programming and computer reflashing experience
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain one
