Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time
Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour (NOT flat rate) + ASE incentives

As a Diesel Technician, you’ll maintain and repair a fleet of school buses to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance.
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and safety inspections
Diagnose and repair engines, brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
Support road calls and emergency repairs as needed
5+ years of diesel, fleet, or automotive mechanic experience
Experience with diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Valid driver’s license required
CDL Class B (or willingness to obtain – company paid)
Own mechanic tools
Willingness to obtain ASE certifications (training + pay increases provided)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment
This is a safety-sensitive position subject to DOT drug testing
