Job Scope:
1. Responsible for the overall planning and execution management of projects related to diesel generator ancillary equipment and installation disciplines.
2. Collaborate with the supply chain to select relevant specialized subcontractors and manage them during execution (including organizing contract lists, processing variation orders, construction coordination, site supervision, and final account verification).
3. Perform statistics, procurement requests, and inventory management (in/out) for high-value-added materials based on detailed design drawings; prepare and submit relevant data for review as required by the management consultancy, and manage the entire inspection and acceptance process.
4. Proficient in building codes, construction sequences, and technical requirements; able to read construction drawings, understand materials, accurately calculate quantities, and be familiar with construction and acceptance standards and related procedures and techniques.
5. Deep understanding of construction quality, safety, and site management; proficient in using CAD and other computer software.
6. Responsible for organizing the preparation of implementation-ready construction organization designs, construction methods, master construction schedules, quality and safety assurance measures, quarterly/monthly construction schedules, material usage plans, and labor usage plans; strictly implement relevant construction methods and schedules.
7. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors and maintain proper work records.
Job Requirements:
1. College diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical & Automation, Engineering Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant site management experience in diesel generator projects; possession of a Second-Class Constructor Certificate, power supply and distribution-related certificates, etc., is preferred.
3. Proficient in office and CAD software; possess strong documentation skills.
4. Diligent, responsible, strong communication skills, able to follow leadership arrangements, and possess excellent coordination abilities.
5. Cantonese and English can be used as working languages.
