Job Scope:
1. Execute company policies and local regulations, safeguard corporate image and employee rights, and ensure achievement of company-assigned targets.
2. Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to handover, develop management plans, and control quality, schedule, cost, safety, changes, and risks.
3. Participate in and guide progress meetings to drive schedule optimization.
4. Manage M&E system completion and handover, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
5. Coordinate personnel, materials, and subcontractors to resolve on-site issues.
6. Liaise with internal departments and government bodies for project inspections and acceptance.
7. Report safety/quality incidents promptly and support proper handling.
8. Review completion documents, organize acceptance activities, and support project settlement.
9. Prepare project summaries and improvement suggestions for knowledge retention.
Job Requirements:
1. College diploma or above in Electrical, HVAC, Engineering Management, or related fields. Equivalent Malaysian qualifications and majors required.
2. Minimum 5 years of project management work experience. Data center project experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with the design and construction processes and tools for M&E systems such as power systems, lighting systems, plumbing & drainage systems, ventilation & air conditioning systems, etc. (e.g., AutoCAD, P6).
4. Possess experience in M&E project management, familiar with project management processes and methods, capable of developing project schedules and budgets, and conducting project change management and risk management.
5. Down-to-earth, diligent, responsible, not afraid of hardship, strong communication skills, able to communicate fluently in different languages, especially Cantonese and English, and compliant with leadership arrangements.
