Job Description

• $35–$55/hour (based on experience) 
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

• Schedule: Monday–Friday between 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.  
• Every 4th or 5th Saturday: 6:00–11:00 a.m. or 9a.m. – 2p.m

• Diagnose transmission failures on Ford F-250 Super Duty through Ford F-750 commercial vehicles 
• Perform removal and replacement (R&R) of transmissions 
• Conduct transmission repairs, rebuilds, and component replacements 
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electronic issues 
• Inspect related systems (driveline, torque converters, cooling systems) to ensure proper operation 
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain service documentation 
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines Maintain detailed records of repairs performed (work orders, parts used) 
• Communicate with OEM/factory technical assistance as needed 
• Stay current on industry trends and technical advancements 
• Perform additional duties as assigned 

• High school diploma or GED 
• Valid driver’s license 
• Prior diesel technician experience (Ford preferred) 
• Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, and excellent attention to detail 
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 

• Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arm 
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs frequently; occasionally more than 50 lbs
