Sapp Bros. is excited to announce our brand-new location opening in Toquerville, Utah, in September 2025 We’ll begin hiring skilled and motivated Diesel Technicians starting August 2025 to help launch and grow our newest service shop! Whether you're experienced or just starting your journey, this is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a brand-new team.

As a Diesel Technician in our new Toquerville shop, you’ll be the heartbeat of the operation. Your work will ensure our customers stay on the road, while you help shape a strong, high-performing team from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other issues in diesel trucks and trailers.
• Replace and balance tires according to proper safety procedures.
• Complete repairs on starters, brakes, axles, generators, and universal joints.
• Communicate with service writers and customers to explain repair needs.
• Perform emergency roadside service when needed.
• Support and train new technicians as the team grows.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidates Have:

• A high school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• 1+ years of experience in diesel or automotive repair (preferred).
• ASE certifications (preferred but not required).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• A great attitude, reliable work ethic, and customer-focused mindset.
