Starting rate of pay: $17.75

$500 Sign-on bonus
+$1/hour for night shift differential
Eligible for monthly profit sharing

What you will be doing

  • Inspects equipment daily to ensure proper safety devices are in place (i.e., guarding) and notify supervisor of any safety concerns.
  • Identify tooling by size, type and where it is stored.
  • Gather support tooling.
  • Polish and assemble dies for presses according to schedule.
  • Prep dies for caustic, return support tooling to storage racks.
  • Assist with loading and unloading caustic and Nitrider baskets.
  • Understand the meaning of the numbers stenciled on the tooling.
  • Proper operation and inspection of the fork trucks, cranes, hoist, die ejector, sandblaster, Nitrider, and caustic systems.
  • Print schedule in computer system
  • Identify defects on die bearings and technique to repairs them.

What will make you successful?

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. (preferred)
