Shifts Available and Hours:

Night shift

7PM to 7AM

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

What you will be doing

  • Promote safety within the team, track safety observations per team, and complete weekly targets.
  • Work with the Extrusion teams to ensure COTD items are staged at the press and updated at the end of shifts.
  • Support the daily workflow to ensure all daily tasks are complete by the team.
  • Help track PPE needs for the team and supply items as needed.
  • Partner with the team on continuous improvement efforts through 5S.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills; experience with the AS400 system is a plus.
  • Crane and Mobile Equipment Certification is required (or the ability to attain this certification through Hydro Training as per the Mobile Equipment Policy).
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
