NOTE: This is a drive in and drive out role to Cabramurra

About the Role:

The breakfast chef role is here for the willing!! You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of bistro style catering to a high standard. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals who thrive in a remote environment. You’ll need to be adaptable, reliable, and able to work well in a small team, while delivering exceptional food and service.

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a passion for preparing high-quality meals
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations during both day and night shifts
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards of food quality
  • Professional attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to camp residents

Location and Details:

📍 Location and Point of Hire: Drive in/ Drive out to Cabramurra

🗓️ Roster: One week on & One week off

⏰ Shifts: 12-hour shifts

⏳ Start Date: Available now

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in bistro style food production environments (essential)

Experience in breakfast, desserts and pastry

Knowledge of food safety regulations and Food Safety Training certification (Essential)

Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)

White Card- Mandatory

Ability to multitask and work independently within a small team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
