Job Description

As a Diamond Turning Technician, you will be an integral part of our DIAMOND TURNING department. Your primary responsibility will be to produce DT parts within the given time frame, adhering to work instructions and process sheets. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our production operations and customer satisfaction.

• Produce DT parts efficiently and within the expected time frame.
• Adhere to work instructions and work process sheets to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of diamond turning equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Document and report production data accurately, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring new technicians, sharing your expertise and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in diamond turning technology.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and optical principles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the team.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
