Our client is a Leading LED Lighting Company.

Diamond Turning Engineer (Station in Huizhou)

Responsibilities:

• Operate diamond turning machine (Model : 5-axis Nanotech 350 FG) according to work instruction;
• Make diamond turning program according to the requirements, CAD model or drawings;       
• Understand GD & T and carry out in-process inspection of the product;     
• Use metrology equipment to check and verify optical parameters such as form deviation, surface roughness, run out, concentrically and etc.;     
• Design fixtures and blanks for the DT products by using CAD or other design softwares;  
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering Disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant experience in the Diamond turning Machine or 5-axis CNC machine's operation and machine maintenance.
• Knowledge in using Interferometer, Optical Profiling System and Coordinate measuring machines is preferred
• Well verse in using design softwares such as CAD , PROE/e, MasterCam , UG, SOLIDWORKS, DIFFSYS etc.
• Good command of English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Require to station in Huizhou
