In this role the Dialysis Technician will perform the following job duties under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse or Physician:
FTE: .90 (3-12's)
Hours: 7:30am-8:00pm
Days: Variable
Note: This position supports dialysis operations at both the Downtown Campus and the North Campus. Candidates must be able to work at and provide support for both locations as needed to meet operational requirements.
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Required: BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
-Dialysis Technician Certification (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved state certification program or a national commercially available certification program) required within 18 months of hire or transfer into the position.
-EMT licensure may be substituted for two years of clinical dialysis experience
Required: Two (2) years clinical dialysis experience
Age of Patients Served: Adult (18-64 years) Geriatric (=>65 years)
