Maintains a high standard dialysis therapy to the patients, by using the advance techniques equipment.
Perform the pre-dialysis patient assessment, setting up the dialysis machine, initiation of the therapy, intradialytic monitoring, and termination of the dialysis therapy and post dialysis assessment of the patient.
Manages all the complications during dialysis, related to the patients as well as the machine.
Maintains a log book for the hemodialysis machines related to the patients, dialysis machine water treatment system.
Monitor the water treatment system on daily basis. And perform certain strip tests to ensure the proper functioning of the water treatment system.
Monitor disinfection of the water treatment system and perform RO water analysis in order to maintain a high quality water for dialysis.
Maintains a high standard of patient care through continuing education of staff including newly hired dialysis staff regarding therapy, procedures, operations, cleaning and the general maintenance of the dialysis and the trouble shooting.
Responds accordingly to all emergency on calls.
Meets the biomedical engineers on a routine basis regarding current operations and maintenance.
Coordinates the dialysis consumables items with the store manager.
Monitor and coordinate with the biomedical department in preventive maintenance of dialysis machines, half yearly.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of infection control processes.
Maintain current knowledge of operation procedures and maintenance of new equipment.
Assessing the patient for hemodialysis by strict aseptic technique through cannulations of AV graft and AV Fistula, Femoral and subclavian catheter.
To follow appropriate international guidelines, DHA regulations & Joint Commission International norms while treating or managing patients as well as while discharging their professional duties.

Bachelor or Diploma in Renal Dialysis Technology
At least to (2 years) of dialysis experience.
Current BLS.
Current licensed in country of origin and with DHA license to practice in Dubai UAE.
Fluent in spoken & written English, Arabic languages is desirable, but not essential
Develop and continually update standards for renal care.
Stimulate advice and support education activities within the nephrology health care team.
Ability to assure and improve quality in renal technologist practice.
Initiate, promote and conduct research in renal health care and disseminate the results.
Ability to perform various treatment modalities relate to dialysis, such as
