Concerto is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team! The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Assures responsibility for the unit and works collaboratively with members of the hemodialysis healthcare team. Supervises care given by dialysis technicians while assuming a hands on role and fostering a team approach to patient care.
Physical Demands:
Job requires walking, standing for long periods, stooping ad bending. Must be able to do light lifting of at least 25 lbs. Requires close mental, visual and auditory attention to patient. Work environment is characteristic of health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. May be exposed to infectious and contagious disease/materials.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Current state appropriate license.
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
Dialysis experience required
Certifications: CPR certified
