
PAM Health is currently seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. If you have previous hands-on dialysis nursing experience and are passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with acute or chronic kidney conditions, we would love to meet you!
The Dialysis RN is responsible for overseeing and providing dialysis treatments for patients experiencing acute or chronic kidney failure, as ordered by the physician. The RN will monitor patients throughout treatment, assess for changes in condition, respond appropriately to complications, and ensure safe, effective dialysis care.

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the Dialysis Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide, coordinate, and supervise patient care. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinates discharge planning, provides patient and family education, and connects patients with appropriate community resources.
USD $44.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
