Continental Cars Audi –VorsprungdurchTechnik

Our Service Centre is looking for an additional experienced Diagnostic Technician to join their busy workshop. With the use latest diagnostic technology, you are to ensure Audi vehicles are kept in top condition with only Genuine Audi parts and diagnostic equipment's. You will be working closely with 11 other factory trained technicians with experiences together of 30+ years.

As the new Technician, you are to ensure:

  • Vehicles are serviced, maintained, and repaired to Audi and company standards
  • Electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing as per customer's requests
  • Repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles such as the use of electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems
  • May inspect vehicles and issue WOF certificates or detail works required to obtain WOF certificate
  • Ensure the service foreman/manager are advised of all cost overruns and delays in time to allow contact to be made with the customers
  • Support the other technicians in the team with difficult work

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a Level 4 Automotive Certificate or
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience
  • WOF certified 
  • Possess strong mechanical skills and electronic diagnostic experience
  • High level of computer and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Deliver a positive attitude and strong work ethic
