
Tū Ora Compass Health and its associated organisations exist to enable Better Health Through Great Primary Care. We are a registered not-for-profit charitable trust which provides primary health care and community health services to an enrolled population of around 442,000, mainly through a network of 69 general practices throughout the greater Wellington region and employed staff.
We have offices in Wellington, Hutt, Porirua, Masterton and Kāpiti. Tū Ora Compass Health works in collaboration with Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora, Ministry of Health Manatū Hauora, iwi and other organisations. We are the sole PHO in Wairarapa.
An exciting new role has become available at Tū Ora Compass Health as a Diabetes Nurse Specialist, 32 hours per week. This role will be based in Wellington or Porirua Office.
The key purpose of the Diabetes Nurse Specialist role is to have a focus in diabetes (including cardiovascular) management within primary health care.
