Responsibilities:

• Maintain DGS CoC facilities and equipment, make recommendations as & when required.
• Assisting service manager for DGS CoC efficient operations and speedy delivery of DGS.
• Make recommendations for additional resources including personnel and equipment, and training needs of personnel.
• Co-ordination of smooth running of the DGS CoC with service staff.
• Assist sales dept. in troubleshooting jobs; carry out important installation jobs at sites.
• Where applicable, make RCA reports of DGS Seals.
• Provide technical support to sales regarding technical presentations, training seminars for customers and staff.
• Maintain various on-going service contracts.
• Closely work with EB-Service Engineering department for finalizing RCA of DGS failures, Test cells & Faster Repair.
• Co-ordinate with customers, vendors & sales department for DGS CoC-related clarifications, queries and recommendations.
• Assist to Service manager for preparing monthly DGS CoC Planning & Progress Report.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

• Mi ni mum 3-5 year s’ t echnical e xper ience w orki ng in Oil & Gas, Petr oc he mical or rela ted i ndustries specially in Wet & Dry Gas Seals & its support system (Assembly, Installation, Trouble Shooting)
• Ha ve kn owled ge of rotating equipment general arrangement, design and assembly, BOM
• Experien ce w ith lar ge a nd complex or ga ni zati ons
• A ppr opri ate c omput er a nd IT sys tems skillskn owled ge (Advanced MS off ic e, Power BI, docu ment mana ge men t)
• F luent English (sp ok en and writ ten )
