About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to lead and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives within a dynamic, global environment. This role focuses on driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.

What you will do

Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and financial targets
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to define project requirements and deliverables
Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with a proactive and solution-focused approach
Track and report project progress, providing clear updates to stakeholders and leadership
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and delivery efficiency
Ensure compliance with organisational standards, governance frameworks, and quality benchmarks

Who you are

Demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects in a structured and organised manner
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and insights
Adaptable and resilient, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement
