1. Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Dealer Experience platforms, with primary focus on Salesforce Automotive Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Dealer/Distributor Community, CDP integrations)
2. Translate dealer, sales, and after-sales business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)
3. Drive configuration, customization, and rollout of Salesforce Auto Cloud modules (Lead Management, DMS integration, Vehicle/Order Management, Dealer Portal, Service Scheduling)
4. Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization in collaboration with engineering, QA, and Salesforce implementation partners/SIs
5. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Care, Dealer Network) and technology teams
6. Drive stakeholder alignment across dealers, regional sales teams, IT, and leadership to ensure product adoption and change management
7. Define and track success metrics/KPIs (dealer NPS, lead conversion, portal adoption, TAT reduction) for continuous product improvement
8. Conduct UAT, manage go-live readiness, dealer training, and post-launch support
9. Stay current on Salesforce Auto Cloud roadmap/releases and evaluate new features for adoption
10. Manage vendor/SI relationships, contracts, and delivery timelines
11. Prepare and present roadmap updates, business cases, and ROI analysis to senior leadership

BE - IT, MBA
• Understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS), Sales and service lifecycle
• Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA) and product documentation (PRDs, user stories, wireframes)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration/administration (not necessarily coding, but strong functional understanding)
• Data analysis and reporting skills (Salesforce Reports/Dashboards, Tableau/Power BI a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, dealers, and third-party vendors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
