
The Business Transformation & Process Management Trainee will support the implementation and adoption of Greenvolt's global Process Management Platform, contributing to process standardization, documentation governance, business transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement activities across the organization.
· Support the implementation and configuration of the Process Management Tool.
· Upload, organize and maintain processes, policies, manuals, procedures and related documentation in the platform.
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of the organizational structure within the tool.
· Support the migration of existing process documentation from current repositories and tools.
· Ensure document quality, consistency and compliance with defined standards.
· Assist in process mapping and modelling activities using BPMN methodology.
· Support workshops and meetings with process owners and stakeholders.
· Contribute to process standardization initiatives across Business Units and geographies.
· Support change management and user adoption activities related to the new platform.
· Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations related to process management initiatives.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and business transformation.
· Provide administrative and operational support to ongoing transformation projects.
· Recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Interest in Process Management, Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
· Fluent English required.
