General Managers – Leaders who run the shop, build the team, and create the environment where both guests and Salties thrive.
Assistant General Managers – Operational partners and culture carriers who support the team and keep the shop running smoothly.
Shift Coordinators – Frontline leaders who guide the shift, support teammates, and ensure an incredible guest experience.
Scoopers & Seasonal Scoopers – The heart of the shop. The friendly faces creating joy, connection, and unforgettable moments for every guest.
