Job Description

Product Development & Innovation (25%)

  • Support the design and development of digital products and services across mobile banking, internet banking, digital payments, lending, savings, merchant solutions, agency banking, and emerging digital platforms.

  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify product enhancement opportunities.

  • Assist in preparing business requirements, product specifications, user stories, and business cases.

  • Participate in ideation and innovation initiatives aimed at developing new digital solutions.

  • Support the implementation of product roadmaps and innovation strategies.

Product Lifecyle Management (20%)

  • Support end-of-the-end product lifecycle management from concept development to launch and post-implementation review.

  • Coordinate activities related to product enhancements, upgrades, releases, and optimizations.

  • Track product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and business results.

  • Maintain product documentation, workflows, and process maps.

  • Ensure products remain competitive, relevant, and aligned with customer needs.

Customer Experience & Journey Optimization(15%)

  • Support customer journey mapping and experience optimization initiatives.

  • Gather customer feedback and analyze product usage patterns to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.

  • Work with UX/UI teams and digital channel teams to improve digital customer experience.

  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement, activation, and retention.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and adoption trends.

Product Innovation & Commercialization (15%)

  • Support product teams in translating innovation concepts into viable products and services.

  • Participate in product testing, pilot execution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and customer feedback collection.

  • Monitor product adoption and performance following implementation.

  • Contribute to commercialization and market rollout activities.

Product Testing and Quality Assurance (5%)

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot testing, and product validation activities.

  • Document testing results and ensuring issues are resolved before product deployment.

  • Support quality assurance processes and release governance requirements.

  • Monitor product performance after launch and coordinate issue resolution.

  • Ensure smooth implementation of new features and enhancements.

Commercialization & Product Growth (5%)

  • Support go-to-market plans, awareness campaigns, and customer adoption initiatives.

  • Monitor product uptake, active users, and digital transactions.

  • Assist in the preparation of performance reports and product dashboards.

  • Support initiatives that increase product usage, revenue generation, and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to drive product adoption.

Stakeholder & Partner Management (5%)

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

  • Support management of relationships with fintechs, technology providers, mobile network operators (MNOs), and other ecosystem partners.

  • Participate in product integration and partnership projects.

  • Facilitate communication between business and technology teams during product development and implementation.

Compliance & Risk Management (5%)

  • Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.

  • Support implementation of product controls and risk mitigation measures.

  • Identify and escalate product-related operational and customer risks.

  • Participate in audit, compliance, and review activities related to digital products.

Reporting & Analytics (5%)

  • Prepare regular product performance reports and management updates.

  • Monitor key product KPIs, customer adoption metrics, transaction volumes, and revenue performance.

  • Analyze customer behavior and usage trends to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate product performance records and reporting dashboards.
