Job title: Product Robustness Engineer
Tasks:
• Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) of new products
• Facilitate DFMEA meetings
• Collaborate with all departments involved in the development of a new product (Product, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering)
• Ensure the quality of all DFMEA activities is high and the method is applied correctly.
Must Skills:
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills to analyze technical data, identify trends, and define priorities for design improvements.
• Self‐motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competing priorities and projects.
• Effective presentation skills
• Fluent English
Must Background/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering).
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role (Quality, Engineering).
• Competences in the design of mechanical or electronic components.
• Practical knowledge of FMEA tools and methods.
