DFC Remarketing Administrator
Location: Medford, OR (On‑site)
Pay Range: $18.50 – $24.05 per hour
Anticipated Starting Pay: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour
(Starting pay based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Final pay determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.)

The DFC Remarketing Administrator plays an important role in supporting the end‑to‑end vehicle remarketing process — ensuring vehicles are properly prepared, compliant, and ready for auction.
This role supports the reconditioning, transportation readiness, and system accuracy of vehicles in DFC inventory. You’ll work closely with internal partners and external vendors, helping ensure our processes run smoothly, accurately, and with a strong sense of accountability.
This position reports to the DFC Collateral Supervisor and is based on‑site in Medford, Oregon.
What You’ll Do
Process SCRA checks in accordance with regulatory requirements prior to vehicle sales
Review vehicle condition upon recovery to determine transport readiness
Coordinate with third‑party vendors to complete pre‑transport reconditioning
Access and maintain information across third‑party recovery and inventory portals
Partner with internal and external teams to manage vehicle releases and holds
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the loan management system, including:
Vehicle status updates
Customer notes
Auction checks and invoice details
Manage the DFC Remarketing inbox, escalating items as appropriate
Support additional tasks and projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
A clear sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
Professional and effective communication skills
Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows
Basic knowledge of the asset recovery process
Prior vehicle remarketing experience is preferred, but not required
